Merrylegs had her babies tonight! When we went outside to feed Vashti, Hadassah, and Clovers babies for the last time for the night she had already had two boys. So kidding season has officially ended! *Sniff "Kidding Season is fun" sniff* If the boys are good then I’m going to try to sell them if not we are going to eat them. Dad had to work today (today is Monday (dad usually has it off)) to make up for last Thursday when the power was out down at his work. We had a lady come and buy Casizal (one of Danielle's bunnies). Or Boo and she is now called. The lady had a three year old girl with her. She was cute. Her name was Erin. Mom, Danielle, and I made a little trench in the back to the ditch in the back of our property to try to drain out our woods of all the water that builds up when all the snow melts. Dad and mom took us to Wendy’s and we got a Frosty. It felt good after working outside on the trench. It was a nice day out though. We decided to name the first born of Clover's babies Aviv and the breech baby Chodesh. Aviv is a Hebrew agricultural term for when the barley is ripe and will dry out nicely when put into fire. When the barley is Aviv and the next sliver of the new moon (or Chodesh) is sighted you count 14 days and then it is Passover. (See we can call the breech baby Chodesh because it just depends how you look at the sliver of the new moon. In other words, you have to sight the new moon from Jerusalem:-)

Congrats on all your new goat kids. Our kidding season hasn't even started yet. I start watching the first ones on the 22nd!
